How TradeStarter HQ handles information.

Depending on how you use TradeStarter HQ, we may handle account and business information such as your name, email address, business name, business contact information, service area or location, selected services, hours, and onboarding information.

We may handle hosted website content, including business descriptions, service information, images, copy, design choices, and other content you provide or approve. We may also handle estimate-request records submitted through a customer website, subscription and payment status, and operational or technical records reasonably created by the service, such as account, session, security, troubleshooting, and service-usage information.

When a visitor submits an estimate request through a customer website, the request may include the visitor’s name, phone number, email address, selected services, and submitted property, job, or project details. TradeStarter HQ stores and delivers that request to the specific business whose site received it so that business can review and respond.

The business operating that customer website is responsible for its own follow-up, communications, and handling of the request after delivery. TradeStarter HQ does not represent that estimate requests will become jobs, quotes, appointments, contracts, or revenue.

We use information to operate and secure accounts; authenticate users and sessions; generate, host, and display business websites; store and deliver estimate requests to the applicable business; provide dashboard functionality; administer subscriptions and payments; send operational communications; troubleshoot and improve the service; prevent misuse and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.

An estimate request is shared with the specific business whose site received it. We may also share information with necessary providers that help operate the service, including hosting, database, authentication, email, security, and payment providers. These providers receive information needed to perform their services and may process it under their own terms and privacy practices.

Stripe receives and processes payment and transaction information needed for purchases, subscriptions, fraud prevention, refunds, and payment services. TradeStarter HQ does not store full payment-card numbers. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or protect people, property, and service integrity.

If you explicitly choose to allow analytics, TradeStarter HQ loads a Meta Pixel in your browser. It may receive information about visits to TradeStarter HQ pages and the permitted website actions described in the consent notice, such as completing signup or beginning TradeStarter Launch checkout. Your allow or decline choice is stored in your browser so the Pixel does not load before that choice.

Meta processes information independently under its own terms and privacy practices. This implementation does not send passwords, payment details, estimate contents, lead data, or custom personal-information fields to the Pixel.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and operational records, handle disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type, account status, business needs, and legal requirements. We do not promise indefinite hosting or retention after access ends unless expressly stated.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You may review or update certain account and business information through the product. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, email tradestarter-hq@polsia.app. We may need to verify your identity, coordinate with the business that controls an estimate-request relationship, retain information required by law or for security, or decline a request where an exception applies.

Customers who publish a website are responsible for responding to privacy requests that relate to their own business relationship with people who submit estimate information through that website, subject to applicable law.

TradeStarter HQ is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not use the service to knowingly collect information from a child in violation of applicable law.
